Who can participate?
The Avenue Business Centre Referral Programme is open to anyone 18 years of age and above.
How does it work?
The participant (the "Referrer") may refer a party interested in renting Instant/Virtual Offices to Avenue Business Centre, by completing a downloadable Referral Form. The Referrer may submit as many referrals as he/she wishes to.
Avenue Business Centre personnel will proceed to contact the party referred (the "Referee") based on the information provided in the Referral Form.
The Referrer will be paid a referral fee in accordance with the schedule below, in the event of a successful referral.
What is deemed a "successful referral"?
A successful referral is deemed to have taken place upon the Referee having signed a tenancy agreement to rent a Virtual Office or Instant Office and rendered full payment for deposit and advance rental. The minimum tenancy duration required is one year.
Payment of referral fee
The Referrer will be entitled to payment of the referral fee only upon a successful referral.
The Referrer will be notified via telephone/email of successful referrals under his/her name. However, Referrers are strongly advised to contact us from time to time to check on the status of their respective referrals.
Payment of the referral fee will be made by cheque, within 2 weeks after receipt of the full deposit and advance rental as required by Avenue Business Centre from the Referee.

Collection of Referral Fee
The Referrer shall at his/her effort and initiative to claim the referral fee from:

Independent Contractor
The Referrer(s) and Referee(s) are independent contractors and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employer-employee or franchiser-franchisee relationship is formed through participation in The Avenue Business Centre Referral Programme.
Modifications to the Agreement
Avenue Business Centre reserves the irrevocable right to modify the terms and conditions contained herein without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the Referrer to review this site from time to time to ensure he/she will be apprised of any changes thereof. Any modifications to this agreement are deemed to have been read, understood and accepted by the Referrer within 3 days of being posted on the site.
